Okay...so I have been incredibly far behind in posting photos. I promise I will try to get better at that. I stayed up way too late tonight trying to get all of these up! Hopefully I am getting a new camera for Christmas...so I will be taking more pictures myself and will try to stay on top of posting the cute ones! Hope ya'll had a great Black Friday. Christian and I did not even attempt to hit any stores today. In fact, I plan on staying as far away from them as I can this season. Just enough to get the shopping done...hopefully all in the same day.
So one quick cute story...
Christian has really been into the movie Transformers. Of course, they have really cool car scenes in the movie! Anway...he was looking at a magazine with toys in it and came across Bumblebee. (In case you don't know, Bumblebee is the yellow and black camaro that turns into one of the robots.) He asked me..."Momma what's that?" I tell him, "Bumblebee". "I want Bumblebee" he says. So I tell him that when he sees Santa he can ask Santa for Bumblebee. So all I heard all day is "When can I go see Santa? Can we call him?" I told him that I didn't know Santa's number, but when we go to the mall we will go and see him. I also told him that when he asks Santa for Bumblebee, Santa will ask him if he is being a good boy and listening to Momma, Daddy and Andrea. So Christian now knows if he is a good boy that he will get Bumblebee for Christmas. (Unfortunately I said all of this before I found out that the Bumblebee he was looking at is $90!!!!!!!!! He better be one good boy!!!!) It is working though. Whenever he was acting up I would say..."Hhmmm Christian....what am I going to tell Santa when he asks me if you've been a good boy...that isn't very good behavior right now." Yeah...I know it's not right...but it's cute that he is catching onto that!
Happy shopping everyone! Let me know if you see any good deals!

Fall Festival!

What a fun day...and hot day! We went with Uncle Moe, Aunt Penny, Char and Ra-Ra to Hunsader's. Christian got to ride the pony...which he loved. He made everyone laugh when he kept saying "Yee-Haw". He played games with Daddy. We went through the corn maze and went on the hayride. All in all...it was a lot of fun! I think the pictures reflect that.
Christian's 3rd Birthday!

Alright...so I got talked into throwing a party for Christian...I'm so glad we did it. Mom was gracious enough to let us have it at her house. The weather was great and we spent a big portion of the party on the back patio. Kyle was in charge of games and brought the pinata and pin the tail on the donkey. Both were huge hits (no pun intended). Christian was amazed and so excited all day. I love the pic of him and Maddy sitting by his presents...just eyeballing them. He knew he couldn't open them, but was so anxious too. When the time came for him to open them up...he got tired of opening them all. He just wanted to play with them already! It was a fantastic day. It is days like this that remind me how blessed we are to have him in our lives. There is no way to describe to you how much joy he brings to me...and yet I always remember the personal sacrifice that came with bringing us this much joy! It hardly seems like it has been 3 years since Kyle and I were in Virginia watching him be born. What a beautiful baby...that has grown in to be a precious little boy. But will he just stop growing already?! (Just Kidding) He actually gets funner every day, which seems impossible to me.

Peggy's Birthday

I spent part of my 32nd birthday at my sister Penny's house. She was sweet enough to buy me a cake, card and flowers. Christian was so excited to put the candles on my cake (and of course a couple of cars too)...he came running to get me..."momma...come...come momma...I have a sah-pize for you!" It really was too cute...thanks Penny!
